Darshanam now Abhisheka Anantara Darshanam

Hitherto Nijapada Darshanam would henceforth be Abhisheka
Anantara Darshanam with immediate effect, TTD EO Ramanachari
announced while responding to Lakshmi from Bangalore in Call
to EO programme on Friday. Lakshmidevi narrated that though
she availed the paid seva of Nijapada Darshanam only Laghu
Darshanam was allowed to them thus depriving themselves of
viewing Lord's Holy Feet. She appealed that devotees should
be allowed to view Lord's Holy Feet in this seva. Responding
to this EO Ramanachari had a discussion with JEO.
Devotees during their short time more concentrated to View
Lord only, they do not think to view Lord's Holy Feet. Further,
even if devotees are allowed till kulasekhara padi, utensils
like pancha patra and others obstruct the devotees to view
Lord's Feet. Earlier the name of the seva was more appropriately
as Abhisheka Anantara Darshanam and if the nomenclature of
seva is changed it would be appropriate JEO explained. With
the consent of all Nija Pada Darshanam would henceforth be
renamed as Abhisheka Anantara Darshanam. None could raise
any objection since old name is restored and as such the change
of name is effected from today itself, announced EO

Devotees at Kapila Tertham

Many devotees arrive Kapila Teertham in Tourist Buses and
take holy bath in Kapila Teertham. But as there are no facilities
for dress change lady devotees face difficulties. Similarly
toilet facilities are also not available there.
EO's Response
Directing Chief Engineer to arrange Modernised Bath Rooms
there. Directing S.E to prepare estimates for for arranging
Modernised Bath Rooms and Dress Change Rooms there.
Remove 'Dharmo
Rakshati Rakshtaha' Boards

VIP Culture
There is Board in front of the Temple showing 'Dharmo Rakshati
Rakshtaha'. It means 'Practice Dharma and Dharma would Protect
you'. It is better to remove the board from there as TTD is
not practicing Dharma. All must be equal in the eyes of Lord
but TTD differentiates between VIPs and General devotees in
Darshan. Where TTD is practicing Dharma. Narahari disconnected
the line saying angrily to remove the Board.
EO's Response
Only Darshan is not Dharma. What can we do if disconnecting
the phone without hearing our response.
Remove Encroachments
at Hare Rama Hare Krishna Road

Road besides the Hare Rama Hare Krishna road is surrounded
with little huts and become congested, obstructing movement
of vehicles paving way for accidents.

Immediate Steps would be taken on this.
Install Rallapalli's
Idol & Appoint Veda Students in TTD as Priests

Annamayya Songs came to light through the efforts of Rallapalli
Ananta Krishna Sharma, Veturi Prabhakara Sastry and Sadhu
Subramanyam. TTD should install the idols of those great personalities.
At least Rallapalli's idol may be installed at Rallapalli
Village in Kalyana Durgam mandalam of Anantapur District,
Rallapalli's Birth Place.
Similarly, students of Veda Pathasala of TTD should be provided
with jobs as Archakas in TTD on completion of their study.
EO's Response
Idol of Veturi Prabhakara Sastry is installed at SWETA building,
Tirupati on February 7 to mark the birth anniversary of Sastry.
As regards posting Veda Students, TTD is posting them in affiliate
temples of TTD with a stipend of Rs. 5000/ per month. We are
making efforts to post them at different temples through out
the state on paying remuneration.
Arrange Heaters
at Cottages & Kalyana Kattas at online Centers

Cold wave prevails in Tirumala during winter season. It would
be beneficial if hot water is supplied in the cottages as
devotees are to participate in sevas from 3 AM onwards. Heater
may be provided in every paid room and for every ten free
rooms. We understand through News Papers that online counters
may allow one ticket for all the family members, this may
be prone to corruption. Arranging Kalyana Katta at every online
Centre would be beneficial to devotees.
EO's Response
We are regularizing the Advance Booking System by post soon.
A better system for allotment of rooms in advance would be
introduced soon. We would consider the suggestions to provide
Kalyana Kattas at online counters.

We have recently visited Goda Devi's abode Shri Villi Puttur
in Tamilnadu. No basic facilities are available there. TTD
should initiate steps to provide facilities there. Tiruchanoor
Kalyana Mandapams are in bad shape and then is it necessary
to build new Kalyana Mandapams at Alipiri?
EO's Response
Efforts will be made to provide free chowltries at all Vishnavite
Centres across the country. Building Kalyana Mandapams at
Alipiri is the decision of TTD Board.
Railings at
Walk Way
Indrani - Bapatla
Railings across the Walk Way are not arranged properly. Some
places are left without railings.
EO's Response
Railings would be arranged before Telugu New Year's Day.
Chanting of
Annamayya Songs & Teach Annamayya Songs at Schools
Ramana - Madanapalle
Chanting of Om Namo Venkatesaya is played at Tirumala. Annamayya
Songs also could be played as chanting. Similarly chanting
may be learnt at schools. I may personally discuss the modalities.

It's a very good suggestion. Please meet me on February 5.
This year is celebrated as Annamayya Year. This would be a
appropriate suggestion to implement. We can implement if your
suggestions are good.
Display Details
of Paid Sevas at Railway Station

Arrange display boards or counters about paid sevas at Railway
Station and Bus Station. This will stop touts' menace to devotees.
Similarly a foot over bridge may be arranged from Srinivasam
to Railway Station.
EO's Response
We will arrange boards about paid sevas at Bus Station and
Railway Station. A Task Force committee is studying the prospects
to arrange a foot over/fly over bridge from Srinivasam to
Bus Station. As soon as its decision arrives decision would
be taken.
Change Time
of Sahasra Deepalankara Seva
Raghu - Perumallapalle
Sahasra Deepalankara Seva is now performed at 5.30 PM. The
time is ok in winter as Sun Sets early during winter. But
during Summer the seva may be delayed. Middle part of the
Vykuntam Q complex is called Gajendra Moksha Stalam and Gajendra
Mokhsa idols were there earlier and now not there. Please
install.

It is good that you are organizing prograammes like Kalyana
Mastu. But devotees are sleeping outside the Kalyana Katta
due to lack of facilities. Kindly pay attention to provide
facilities to devotees. Meals at hotels on Hills are substandard.
Initiate steps to check this too.

Special Complexes are arranged for Devotees. Necessary decision
would be taken soon about the standard of meals.
