Staffs are being identified who have courteous and somber behavior and deal the devotees with spiritual outlook. Efforts are to appoint such staff for temple duties after identifying them among the lower level staffs. EO was responding to queries by devotees on various issues during the call to EO program on Friday at his camp office. Queries and his responses are as follows.

Please arrange two to three on line centers in every district. Make arrangements to enable the devotees to book Darshan first and book their journeys. No proper information is conveyed to the devotees waiting in compartments at Q complex resulting in loss of patience by them. Please make arrangements for announcements every ten minutes about exact status of time for darshan in the complex. This will ease out the tension to the devotees as they prepare themselves mentally. This is being rightly and successfully practices in Railway Stations, Bus Stations and Airports. Not so courteous and some what bad language is used in temple while pulling the devotees. This should be stopped.

DHYANA PRASTA AND VANAPRASTA AT TIRUMALA

At Coimbattor there is a program called Dhyana Prasta and Vana Prasta which are very much useful for Senior Citizens. TTD also should arrange such program, so that accommodation could be arranged at Dhyana Prasta and Vana Prasta to the Senior Citizens, who arrive Tirumala.

The issued raised by you is very good and useful. I would like to discuss more details with you regarding this. Please meet me and explain about this when you come to Tirumala. I am advising my staff now itself not to cause any inconvenience to you to meet me when you arrive Tirumala.

GOLDEN TULASI LEAVES TO LORD
Jayamma, Hyderabad

We vow to present Golden Tulasi Leaves to Lord and we are reaching Tirumala on 29th for the purpose. But we wish to take part in the Archana with these leaves. Kindly arrange tickets for the same.

EO’s response :
I would arrange you to take part in the Pooja, kindly a reach here a day before.

NONE SHOULD REMAIN MORE THAN TEN MINUTES IN Q

I have sent a proposal to control the Q in which none should wait for more than ten minutes in the Q in August 2006. It is not yet implemented. I proposed that time should be allotted to devotees on reaching Q complex. On reaching the Q complex at assigned time, devotees could complete darshan within 15 minutes. There wont be necessity for waiting long hours in the Q.

You sent it in 2006, you said. Please send it again addressed to Ramanachari, EO, TTD or else it may be lost in the ocean.

INITIATE STEPS FOR CIRCUMAMBULATION AT GODDESS’ TEMPLE

It is very difficult to circle around Goddess’ temple. Kindly initiate steps.

EO’s response :
I would personally go and circumambulate the temple and then initiate the steps.

One senior journalist suggested that a space touching the temple may be left for circumambulation and EO said he would consider this also.

ANOTHER DATE ALLOTTED INSTEAD OF ASKED ONE

We have sent a DD for accommodation on April 25, but room was allotted for 24th vide confirmation No.A7/2190128. Submitted one more appeal. What we have to do?

Directly come over to EO’s office on 25th. We would take necessary steps so that no inconvenience is caused to you.

LADDU TO THOSE WHO PERFORM ANGA PRADAKSHINA

There was system to give paid Laddu to devotees who perform Anga Pradakshina (Circling around the temple prostrating). But it is stopped now. Please restore.

We will examine.

ANNA PRASADAMS DURING RATHA YATRA
Prasad, Visakhapatnam

We would like to distribute Annaprasadam to devotees when the Cars (Ratham) arrive Guntur in Chaturyuga Randham. Kindly accord us permission.

EO’s response :
No permission is required for good deed. Only coordination with TTD officials is required. Kindly coordinate with DPP coordinator of your district and we would also inform him about you. Also please get in touch with Janga Krisha Murthy, Board Member from your district.

MAGNIFICENT CELEBRATION OF GODDESS’ BRAHMOTSAVAM

Master Plan works of Tiruchanoor are not implemented properly. Devotees face difficulties during Panchami.

EO’s response :
Master Plan works are initiated immediately after recently concluded Brahmotsavam. We will take steps to avoid any inconvenience to devotees by next Brahmotsavam. No inconvenience would be faced at Yeti Poramboku Parking, Procession and at Panchami.

DIARIES ARE SCARCE
B.Prabhu, Kakinada

I am son of Bulusu Venkata Subbayya. We organize spiritual programs at Kakinada. We are not getting diaries in this district. We would send you money and let us please know how to get them.

EO’s response :
TTD printed and published the literature of Bulusu Venkata Subbayya. You are his son and I asked my PRO to speak to you and obtain your address, so that we could present you two diaries free of cost as a mark of respect to your father.

BOOKS ON KALYANAM AND ITS TRADITIONS TO DEVOTEES

Books on Lord’s kalyanam and its traditions are not supplied now a days. Please restore.

Secretary, DPP is ordered to restore the practice with immediate effect.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOE SPECIAL DARSHAN TO STUDENTS

We used to take our students for excursions, students used to request us to take them to Tirumala. But it would consume two full days for Darshan itself and as such please let me know is there any special arrangement for Darshan for students.

ONLINE CENTRE AT AMALAPURAM

There is commotion at Silver Entry as the line is disbursed there at a time. People jostle each there and children are just crushing in the melee
