TTD EO Ramanachari is determined to bring back the Past glory to Laddu's Quality. While speaking during the Call to EO programme on Friday morning at EO' s camp office one of the devotees expressed anguish over quality of laddus and said that the quality of laddu is so poor that it smells. EO responded seriously and recalled the taste of Laddu twenty years back when he visited as an ordinary pilgrim. Immediately he discussed with the officials present for taking measures to bringing back the past glory to Laddu and ordered to inform him the difference between past Dittam and that of present Dittam. Assuring the devotee to bring back the past glory of Tirupati Laddu, he further added that he is even prepared to bring old Dittam to get the result.

Reserved Accommodation to those who walk up
Drakshayani, Machilipatnam

It is very painful to stand again in the Q for accommodation on reaching Tirumala by walk. It is therefore requested to consider generously to make special arrangements for allotting accommodation to them on priority.
EO: Try to implement after considering pros & cons

Devotees face difficulty in reaching Garudadrinagar for Advance Reservation on payment of DDs. It is requested to shift the ARP to the area where Buses stop as earlier.

Total family members have to stand in Q for AAD tickets. It would be beneficial if one ticket is issued to all the family members.

EO: Action will be taken definitely. (EO ascertained from staff the reasons of shifting the ARP to Garudadrinagar)

EO: It is not possible to issue one ticket to all the family members due to black marketing and other reasons.

An Arch may be constructed at Narayanavanam temple so that devotees could know about the temple.

EO: Instructed Engineering officials to construct Archs at various temples of TTD after surveying. An arch is built at Tiruchanoor temple, informed TTD Chief Engineer, implying non requirement of any arch at other temples. But EO expressed willingness to construct the archs.

Devotees are not allowed to come before the vahanams to offer Camphor adoration. Devotees should be allowed to do so. Now they are offered at the galleries only, where possibility of mishaps could be foreseen.

EO: It is not possible to allow camphoring by devotees on Rathasaptami day as SEVEN processions on seven vahanams are to take place on the day.

Vehicles are allowed to Alipiri gate after thoroughly checked at checking point. Some people are entraining at Alipiri Toll gate after payment of fees, These people are reaching Tirumala without verification. Action is required.

EO: Harsh measures will be taken on this. EO advised CVSO, TTD to look into this.

Way to Darshan at temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram is kept to side. It would be better if it is arranged straightly,

EO: Necessary steps will be taken after ascertaining the reasons for such Q.

Commotions take place on the bridge at South Mada street from Q complex due to no proper controlling methods.

EO: Immediate action will be taken. Special staff will be posted.

Laksminarayana Swamy's temple situated at south side of Govindaraja Swamy temple is very powerful and fulfills the devotees' prayers. Please develop the temple as devotees will be blessed by Him.

EO: Action will be taken positively. Try to meet me at once, if possible.

We participated in Paid Brahmotsavam on last Tuesday. We are allowed inside at 2.30 PM after standing in the Q from 12 noon. Inside the Utsavam is just name sake. Malayappa Swamy was ascended on Vahanams for a minute only and offered camphor adoration without chanting any hymns. Further, before completion of Seva the Vahana Bearers demanded money after distributing Sacred Rice. Not only there…in Q line too they are collecting money. Take steps on this.

EO: Necessary steps will be taken on the staff who were on duty during the time. He enquired the temple Deputy EO about the incident as part of this programme. He wondered how festivities are celebrated without chanting hymns. EO wanted to know the names of staff who are on duty at that time and ordered immediate action on them.

Water is flowing from taps resulting in wastage at Padala Mandapam at Alipiri. Taps are not being closed. Lights are also not illuminated there.

EO: It is better to pay the salaries of Engineering staff to Devotees. EO expressed anguish over this on Engineering officials.

It is beneficial to issue Archana and Tomala Seva Tickets on E-Seva. We were told that they are not available till 2010 through DD.

EO: It is not possible. Tickets are limited for Suprabhatam, Archana and Tomala Sevas. This is due to space constraints inside the temple. As is it is not possible to allot them through e-seva as requested by you.

TTD decided to build AC Kalyana Mandaps at Alipiri. It would beneficial if Old Age homes instead. Offering free meals to Old people will be useful.

EO: We will Examine.

RS. 50/ Special Darshan Tickets are allotted at Puttoor TTD Kalyana Mandapam. If AAD tickets are also allotted it would be beneficial.

EO: Decision will be taken after discussing with EDP manager.
