Bus Rides sans driver

A major mishap is averted at Tirumala on Wednesday morning when a stranded bus moved and started itself without driver, who has gone to attend nature's call, keeping the vehicle in gear and without locks to brake. Driver Kannan parked the vehicle no AP 28 z 2146 belonging to Puttur depot behind free meal canteen. Divider controlled the speeding bus and stopped. As there was no rush and no vehicular traffic, a major mishap averted. Traffic SI Surendra Naidu registered a case.
