Item wise Review of Past Promises
Words sans Actions
Reply, not implementation, is the solution
Problems Galore
Tirumala, March 6
Dial your EO is the most prestigious programme and response
among devotees is tremendous. No solutions are forthcoming
except replies from officials. TTD could not solve even a
smallest problem too. Devotees across the state and from other
states also take part in the programme to air their grievances
and to suggest some good tasks. They are not implemented.
This programme has become another ritual, as issues raised
during the past three months are still haunting the devotees.
Lets have a review on the issues raised by devotees, suggestions,
EO's response and their follow up during the past three months
through the following table.
Name of the Devotee and Issue
Raised EO's Response Status of Implementation
Balamuralikrishana, Chittor
No shelter in some parts on walk way resulting in suffering
of devotees due heat and/or rain. Tenders called for construction
of shelters. Construction not started yet. Devotees suffer
due to forthcoming summer.
Kodandapani, Tirupati
No Shelter in front of Lord's Temple. Shelter will be built
from Golla Pavilion and Bedi Anjaneya Temple to Vahana Pavilion.
Devotees suffer in simmering heat in from of Temple, which
bear deserted look now. Shelter with coconut leaves would
relieve devotees at least.
Navin Kumar Reddy, Tirupati
Boards showing details about Arjita Sevas to be displayed
at Railway Station and Bus Stand Steps are being taken to
put up attractive boards. Not yet implemented. Devotees don't
have any idea about sevas and they fall prey to touts.
Appala Raju, Visakhapatnam
Tariffs at Tirumala Hotels are not reachable to devotees.
It is decided to open hotels again at Tirumala. Problem persists
as this is not implemented.
Ramana Reddy, Secunderabad
Modernised Auto Clinics should be made available on Ghat Road
for instant repair of Vehicles. We do have the idea. Please
give us detailed suggestion. Present Clinics are in bad shape.
They could not run further.
Bapiraju, Secunderabad.
A booklet used to be distributed for Kalyanotsavam devotees,
but now stopped Ordering immediately. From now onwards, devotees
get book prasadam. Two months passed since then, not yet implemented.
Trishankara Verma, Tirupati

with body around temple, now stopped. Immediate steps will
be taken for distribution of Laddu Prasadam. Two months passed
