Ch. Venkatachalam of Vijayanagaram with his friends arrived Tirumala on December 9th and brought the difficulties he faced during his three days stay in a letter to EO, TTD, a copy of which is marked to Enadu's Regional office. He was allotted rooms in Kodandaramaswamy II at Tirupati, where fans not worked, latrine water flushing to the rooms. He brought similar ten problems to the notice of EO in writing. ANC 445 F and 446 F rooms were allotted to him at Tirumala on 10th December. He asked the attendant Krishnayya to change the soiled bed sheets, broken mugs and buckets. He has not changed them for two days, but vanished with Rs. 50/ from Chalam for bringing blankets. Attendants demanded money when they vacate the rooms at Tirupati and Tirumala also. Chalam has brought these to the notice of Computer Operator Madhu at ANC enquiry counter. He lost two hours time for all this. If confronted enquiry is ordered he is prepared to attend the same along with his friend lawyer K.B.Parameswara Rao, P.V.S.N.Raju, N. Amarnath. He requested the EO to see that such inconvenience not repeated to others.
