Reorganistion of Reception Counters an Eyewash

Like Railways lending deaf ear towards its passengers, TTD is also competing with it in neglecting scarcity of accommodation. Pilgrims have to face difficulties in Trains for accommodation, thanks to Railways, as well as for Accommodation at Tirumala, thanks to TTD Administration. Darshan, Laddu, Tonsuring and Boarding could be arranged on emergency basis instantly, but accommodation could not be arranged instantly unless basic arrangements are available. Further lower level staff at Reception counters behave as per their whims and pleasures. Hand in glow with private PROs, these staff are allotting accommodation through backdoor. Its curse to the devotees none from TTD not even Board members eye on the deficiencies at Reception counters. It is demanded by devotees that long standing staff who are remaining in Reception duties years together due to the blessings of higher ups should at once be shifted so that devotees could get relief to some extent.
