Rooms b'lock'ed in Tirumala, Eternal Allotments

Working hand in glove TTD officials and staff allot the cottages meant for devotees to reputed companies. Devotees arriving through out the globe suffer for accommodation, but these rooms are b'lock'ed through the year for expected guests of the companies. This harsh reality come to light during Vigilance Raid on Tuesday. In the backdrop of exposure of Padmavathi and mBC - 26 episodes, this new exposure of Room no 301 E at Seshadri Nagar Cottages which is rotating in the names of seven persons through out the years assume significance. Normally rooms are allotted to general devotees for not more than 48 hours, which may be restricted to 24 hours during rush days. But records reveal that Room No. 301 E in Seshadrinagar Cottages is rotated among seven persons since the past one year. The manipulation could not be possible unless all the staff in three shifts work hand in glove. Blessings of officials also added to this without iota of doubt. It is not possible unless the company in whose name the room is nearly 'Leased' (?) satisfy all these officials and staff regularly. Vigilance department prepared a report making 20 people responsible for this 'Leased' and B'lock'ed affair. Many more such episodes may be revealed if these checks are extended to all cottages and guest houses on the hills.
