Extend Cooperation to Social
Programmes

Non Resident Indians and organizations are requested to extend
cooperation to social welfare programmes initiated by TTD,
implored Chairman TTD Karunakar Reddy while participating
in the concluding ceremony of Special Festivities at Lord
Venkateswara Swamy's Temple at Dallas in USA. Responding to
the demands of NRIs, TTD Chairman assured that he would try
to bring out Hindu
Religious
literature in English and Hindi also in addition to Telugu.
TTD could not extend financial assistance for construction
of Temples, but advice on Agama and Silpa matters, he said.
He expressed inability to extend special facilities to NRIs
for Darshan, since around 60000 devotees avail themselves
the Darshan of Lord. A trust is mooted to continue Kalyanamastu
forever, continued Chairman, NRIs are requested to extend
their cooperation to TTD in this regard. Ex officio Member
of TTD board, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, Dharmik Advisory Board
member Atluri Subbarao and others participated in the event.
