Escapades in TTD's Transfers

Blessings from higher ups are enough for turning the fate of transferred staff, if they are on higher posts. This is proved during recent transfers at TTD after vigilance report. Out of 21 staff so transferred, 4 small fries are already shifted, whereas 4 big shots at the level of Cooperative Society Director, Superintendent could able to escape the transfer with blessings from higher ups at Hyderabad and at the Board chairman's office. They still call the shots and carrying on their 'assigned' works. Lord save TTD.
