kindness for many a generation and faces that he has not seen
shall bless Him.
Overview
Sacred forests of Tirumala are the precious gift of Lord Venkateswara
to mankind. With a view to protect and maintain the ecological
balance in the area, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams have introduced
a series of exciting schemes called Sri Venkateswara Vanabhivrudhi
Scheme. These schemes seek to provide a rare opportunity to
the public for participation in a massive haritha project
implemented by the Forest Department of T.T. Devasthanams
with a financial outlay of Rs. 15 crores.
Donation
Amount
The minimum contribution for the scheme is Rs. 1,000/- Donation
amount sent below Rs.1000/-will be credited to the account
of Srivari Hundi without any intimation to the Donor. All
donations are deposited in a Nationalised Bank, and the interest
earned is utilized for the scheme.
Donations can be made by way of cheque/demand draft on any
Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of the 'Executive Officer,
Sri Venkateswara Vanabhivrudhi Scheme, TTD, Tirupati' and
can be sent to the Deputy Forest Officer, TTD, Tirupati -
517 083.

Individuals,
firms, companies etc. can make donations, and they are eligible
for certain privileges only. No Income Tax benefit under this
scheme.
Special Privileges for the Donors - Rs. 1 Lakh & below
Rs. 5 Lakhs to
* 50 plants will be planted once on the sacred hills of Tirumala
in the name of the donor.
* Plantation will be maintained for 2 years.
