lot of BED BUGS in rooms

Dear Sir/Madam,
Attenction please
We are hoping you will read this mail. Continusely We was visiting to Tirumala from Seven Years but this year service we are not seen before this. We are taken accommdation In Room no 428D in ANC section. Room full of dirty, and lot of BED BUGS in the two beds alos. We went before last night in GNC, we are not sleep in two days alos, there is alos same problem, I am thinking all service peoples are sleeping or what? and where ever goes correption. In near accommdation reception gate keeper Mr Challa reddy (Maybe Channareddy) and Mr Krishnayya alos asking the 20 to 30 rupees for accommadation. Really this is scared.
Once again we requisting to officers to take care of all service facilitys, we are not worrying to paying 50 bugs. If you charge 100/- rooms not a problem, but should services need to be good.
And I am hoping will get reply for this mail. If you give permission to forword this mail to all tv channels defnately I will forword.
