As the administration of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is increasing day by day and the utilization of the computersis also equally increasing which needs net based technology only.

The TTD official website www.tirupati.org is not properly and timely updating information. Most of the NRI hindus are concentrating on the information furnished in the website and it needs timely updation.

But, unfortunately most of the contents of the website are not properly updated including minor things like officers phone numbers, sapthagiri online and latest activities of any department and highlighting the ongoing events of TTD, its fares and festivals.

If the Internet Activities are separately maintained by a separate department the following updation will work effectively.

1. Updation of TTD Website information
2. Updation of Sapthagiri Magazine in 5 languages
3. Correspondence with donors and online booking failures
4. Issuing of upto date database to Editor's Office for Sapthagiri magazine distribution to the seva ticket holders and donors every month.
5. Correspondence with net providers for relaying of TTD fares and festivals on donation basis.
6. To keep video contents on the website.
7. To maintain quick response for the mails to TTD.
8. To improve the visiting flow of pilgrims to the Local temples by providing uptodate information and wide publicity through internet.
9. To improve donation system for various trusts of TTD.
10. To establish online college administration system a partial development made telugupeople.com.
11. To implement a web portal for entire TTD educational institutions for online information about each educational institution like staff profile, course curriculum, credentials and online applications for admissions and marks list.
12. Further to know the status of each educational institution of TTD.

If the above proposal is accepted a separate office with OSD (Internet Activities) may be created under the control of JEO, TTD, Tirupati and the OSD (IA)
