Dear Sir,
All the members in my family and me are ardent devotees of
Lord Srinivasa as he is our family deity. We keep visiting
Tirumala once every 2 to 3 months and we really appreciate
the efforts TTD has taken for the convenience and comfort
of pilgrims.
I, However, would like to express my dissatisfaction over
certain things that need your kind attention. First of all,
In Bangalore, there is only one TTD booking centre whereas
the city is huge and quite populated as you might be aware.
This is creating a lot of rush in the centre with only one
single counter operating. As every person in the family including
young and old alike, has to give thumb impression for the
darshan, the process is very time-consuming thereby adding
to the inconvenience of the devotees. We request you to kindly
open one more TTD Centre in the South of Bangalore (For example,
Basavanagudi, Jayanagar or Banashankari) so that all the devotees
staying in Bangalore south, southwest and West can avail the
opportunity to utilise the same thereby reducing travel time
and waiting time.
Secondly, the queue system is very organised and controlled
but only till we reach VENDIVAAKILI. After that, there is
a lot of chaos and everybody pushes each other where aged
people and small children cannot cope with this rush. Hence,
we request you to man the queue till we reach BANGAARUVAKILI
so that the queue is organised and moves systematically till
we have darshan of the Lord.
Thirdly, most of the people come from far off places just
to have a glimpse of the lord. Due to reasons best known to
TTD, now, only MAHALAGHU DARSHANAM has been introduced thereby
creating disappointment to many devotees. Last time, I had
been to ARCHANA ANANTHARA DARSHANAM but was very disappointed
since we were sent back from DWARAPALAKA door itself. Hence,
I request you to kindly give this a thought and implement
good darshan of the lord so that every pilgrim goes more fulfilled.
This, I think, is possible if you regulate the queue and allow
the people one by one quickly in the queue instead of everyone
rushing at the same time.
Fourthly, request you to kindly introduce bookings for KALYANOTSAVAMS,
THOMALA SEVA and other big sevas in the TTD Centre in Bangalore
so that we will have the opportunity to avail the same.
Request you to kindly give it a thought again and do the needful
in helping the pilgrims go one more step nearer to the lord.
