I have visited Tirumala with my family on 3rd and 4th April 2008. None of our family members are happy with the Darshan Arrangements. I had booked for four sevas and had darshan four times.
At the end I thought it is better to change the devasthanam name from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam to “THOPUDU THOKKUDU DEVASTHANAM”.

The Queue System was perfect till Dhwaja Sthambha. Afterwards it was at the mercy of Khakiwalas / White Lungi and Shirt walas (Hired goondas of Devasthanam). Their language was harsh and abusive.
Even the staff inside abusing each other with filthy language and on other end you are celebrating Annamayya Vardhanti, who composed so many songs to the lord.

For Nijapada darsanam we were not allowed till kulasekara Padi and were returned from 1st gate itself. The lighting at sanctum sanctoram / Garbha Griha was not proper, so no one can get darshan proper darshan for a second. When you are not able to provide nija pada darsanam, why do charge as nija pada darsanam. I request you to change the name as Anija pada Darsanam.

Kalyanotsvam

The vachakam of the Brahma either not audible or the Uchhaarana of hymns are not proper. But one can make out based on his actions. Again it is at the mercy of Green Shirt Walas (people who carry lord).

Brahmotsavam

Is giving simple Haarati on a stationed vahanam is Brahotsvam? If So,
This shall be celebrated daily at free of cost to public at Bedi Anjaneyaswami Temple on an elevated platform. Since Gaint Screen is installed there,
Poople may get a telecast the same to get a clear picture.

We were asked to remove shirts, but the staff carried the statues from sannidham to Brahmotsva place, and people who are near to diety (Except Priests) are wearing shirts. The person who is watching the brahmotsava has to take out shirt banian and the staff are not supposed to? Why such double standards.

The idols was put on a table and dragged from one vahana to another vahana. We all come to see the diety but the lord himself is a neglected by temple staff. The malayappa can be kept on a small palki, and ask people to lift the diety from on vahana to another vahana.

Laddu Counter

Staff at laddu counter recklessly putting their leg on ladu stands, in which laddus are palced. If you see such things, the sanctity on prasada is get lost. TTD should see such things.

On Hotels

You have permitted all commercial hotels to serve onion, Garlic and Garam masala. I request you to go to viashno devi, from katra to vaishno devi (12 Kms) serving of such items to piligrim are prohibited. Where as between alipiri to tirumala onion dosa, onion made food is freely available. Even on hills all commercial hotels serve onion. IS it allowed in vaishnavism. You don’t get food without onion in tirumala.

Begging

Begging has become a passion to TTD Staff. If you pay money, you are allowed to tocuch the Malayappa and sridevi bhudevi idols in brahmotsavam hall.

On Turmeric applied to Lord On Friday

This shall be distributed to free of cost who take darshan after Abhishekam. The Idol Carrying Persons (Perosn in Green Shirts and white lungis) distribute at brahmotsava Hall to get money in turn.

On Abhisheka Jalam

If you can approach a Priest, You can get as many as bottles as you can on payment. No doubt this has got lot of medicinal values. This can be given to patients who are suffering in hospitals as a prasadam.

Language

The behaviour of the staff with bhaktas in not all cordial. I request swetha in association with some big human resource consultants, to conduct some courses, to temple staff and cottage staff, to learn office manners and some customer relation traits.

SVG Guest House Canteen

15 years back I had a very good expieriance with the canteen. This time employees of canteen poured water, to increase the sambar level. The cleanliness of the canteen has to street dogs. The tumblers are not in good condition.

Tirumala is one of the best divine places in the world. But, after watching the behaviour and environment in around the temple, no one wants to visit the temple again. People / Bhaktas are making visits due to religious compulsions.

I only request the authorities, to make a bhaktha friendly company. If the professionalism continues in the same way, it may be another NGO Scam of this country.

Kindly publish Amount received thru Sevas and amount spent for the last five years on net. This will enable people to donate liberally towards good causes.
