Dear Sir,
I am visiting TIRUMALA from my childhood. During my recent
visit I had to take my OLD Parent to visit and faced really
awkward situation.
1. The security people will ask you stand at the entrance.
2. After taking their own leisure time they will come ask
for a doctor certificate.
3. Then they will treat you like a dog and shout at you if
you don't have a doctor certificate and will ask you to leave
from there.
4. More over if they allow any one by Mercy, then they will
not allow any body to accompany them.
5. They treat every one as cheaters. Why would some one come
and cheat infront of the god to get a quick Darshan.
6. If you tell them we want to report or see a manager, they
will say go and report where ever you want.
MY question is
1. When a person is OLD enough and showing the signs of not
able to stand, why they should be waited there for hours to
get in for a Darshan.
2. Why do you need a doctor certificate when the person is
showing all signs of disabilities.
3. Why can't TTD provide some rest area or sitting are for
these people instead of asking them to hang on their in RAIN
and SUN.
4. Don't we feel some courtesy towards our ELDERS.
Please see if you can change anything taking care of our ELDERS
and disable to come for a DARSHAN.
Please don't reply saying that we ordered a enquiry to Deputies
or something, Because you know it and I know it that it will
not go anywhere.
What I am looking for is a change that has to come from every
security person to treat and respect the ELDERS.
What is needed is onsite Immediate help not a commission or
enquiry.
Hoping that you will understand the pain people have gone
through and will take a necessary action to resolve this.
