Dear Sir,
I found several times at the time of Darshan of Swamy Sreevenkateshwara having waited waited and comming in que,the last moment is very mob-throughing and at the spot of swamy,the valunteers drag the persons without seeing their age or disability. The last stage at the time of Darshan we have been dragged and throughen away by which we could not have peaceful darshan.

!) why do you accumulate so many persons in the main temple at a time ,
without following the same que.

2) Derive some method to move each and every one ,
without dragging and throughing,giving them a second or two.

We expect that EO Sreeman.Ramana Charya is only the man who understand and
sortout this problem.
God bless him to do the needful for bhakta janavali at an early.
