Dear Sir,

Please forward following suggestions to EO of TTD.

There is internet quota for all weekly seva except Friday's Abhishekham.

I request you to please provide some tickets internet quota for this seva as well for the benefit of all. There should not be any difference between Abhishekham seva of Friday and other weekly seva which are available under internet quota. You can charge additional charge for this seva equivalent to VIP quota charge. This is just like Tatkal scheme of Indian railway. Those who are lucky can get this seva via internet and need not wait for 25 years to get this seva, which is the current waiting period.

There has to be dedicated hindi enquiry counter across TTD - Tirumala and Tirupati for the benefit of north indians who can not understand telgu/andhra/english language.

Please provide dedicated counter for this purpose with good proficiency in hindi language.
