Dear Sir, Let
me introduce myself as a deep devotee of Lord Venkateswara swami varu living in
Chennai. My usual procedure is to book the tickets through online and pay visit
to the temple once a month. Normally I used to climb hills through foot path and
attend Suprabatham seva on the next day. In respect of this when I have
seen that quota for May and June are opened to public on 28-03-2008. I found that
the server is not speed enough to give the pages. As a IT person I also can understand
due to excess hits the server will not be in a position to handle the request.
But in such case no request should went through. On Friday and Saturday,
the server was very slow. So I tried with USB modem , Broad band connection &
even I tried from VSNL Main Data center itself. But nothing works out. At last
I have got the page. When I was trying to book for JUNE’2008 it prompted
with the message “ seva for past month cannot be done”. I FEEL june’08
is not a past month. If this is the error on the page then all persons who are
all trying to book the tickets should get this and June quota should not be over.
But in spite of this error the availability was closed. Kindly look
in to this matter and clarify. Regards
