Sir,
I would like to bring two points to your notice.

On the day (Nov 7th or 8th),on which the online booking for darshan on Vaikunta Ekadasi started,at the local online counter(Kurnool), several people have waited in the que, right from very early hours like 3.30 AM. But by the time the counter was opened, many people(who came just before the opening of the counter) forcibly entered in the que, disturbed the whole process of que system and finally who had might could reach the counter and get the darshan ticket. Many people who were in the que genuinely lost the chance of getting the tickets. Even though, police came, by the time they came the disturbance has already took place.
We have experienced this type of phenomena last year also.
For this, I request you to take necessary steps to avoid this in future.
My suggestions for solving this problem are:
1. TTD can insist the local authorities at online counters to start a register on the booking day and can issue tokens after duly entering the names in the register. When the booking starts, tickets must be issued after calling the token numbers just like in the banks, where cash will be given after calling token numbers. With this encroachers can be avoided.
2. TTD should deploy sufficient security personnel right from the early morning itself.

If this two points are implemented on the day bookings open for vaikunta ekadasi darshan,
probably only genuine devotees can get tickets.

I tried to convey this two points to you on the Last dail your EO programme, but the line was continuoulsy engaged.
Thanking you,
ML Narasimhulu.
