Respected E.O sir,

First of all we really appreciate the services provided by the T.T.D to the pilgrims as well as to the
outside society.

Here I would like to share my ( with my friend's ) experience in getting sudarshanam token in my recent pilgrimage to Tirumala.

We really experienced a great difficulty in getting the 50 Rs Token that day . The Queue was so big and
it is not at all systematic and there was not even a single person from TTD for Queue maintenance except the one whois issuing Tickets.

We were in Q for almost 4 hrs 30 min to get the Token , On avg only 3 people per min are able to get the Ticket for a Queue of around 400 people .

You can imagine a person who is standing in the last has to stand for around 4 , 5 hrs to get the Token. This is a considerable time which can be avoided if we deploy one or more computers in issuing Tokens.

I guess it will not be a burden for T.T.D . We can always shutdown them if less crowd is there in Q.
This will greatly reduce the time in getting the Tokens at the same time providing a good service for the pilgrims.

Thanking you sir,
Vamshi Krishna.T
