Dear Sir,

Fortunately I got the opportunity to book the Suprabhatam tickets thru Internet. Thanks TTD for providing such a great opportunity using the available technology. However, I was surprised to note that the way TTD official discrimination the people during Darshan. Just before few minutes start of Suprabhatam, a group of VIP or VVIP (20 Approx) started coming thru the gate provided near Swamiwari Hundi and occupying the places very near to Jaya & Vijaya and the center place between the pipe barricades ( the place exactly opposite to temple door). VIP/VVIP’s were stayed during the total Suprabhatam time and TTD staff provided them separate Darshan after total completion of Suprabhatam queue. I was surprised by such act of discrimination by TTD people in front of GOD. Even some people stayed for prolonged time just before KULA SEKHAR PADI.

I tried to note down the TTD staff associated with VIP/VVIP, but none of them were holding the name plate or ID card.

I request EO of TTD to look in to this sort of discrimination by its own staff. Also request EO to make mandatory to wear name badge or Identify card by all staff, Archakas in temple premises. This would help pilgrims, to identify the staff or Archakas who ever committing such ugly acts with in temple premises and take it to appropriate level of authority.
