Dear Ramanachari garu,

My family and me have been ardent devotees of lord venkateshwara and have been able to visit tirumala innumerable number of times thanks to his grace.

I had voiced a concern in one of my previous mails about increasing the number of counters in bangalore centre which has been promptly actioned by your good office and I`m very grateful to you for the same. Now, we are able to book our darshan and seva tickets without much inconvenience.

It seems like devotees demands never end. In that same connection, I would sincerely request you to see whether it is possible to extend other seva ticket booking like SUPRABHATHAM, THOMALA SEVA, KALYANOTHSAVAM and other sevas as it would really help all the devotees to a large extent.

At present, we are either sending a Demand Draft or we need to come to tirumala to book the same thereby making us unsure whether we are getting the tickets, and for which date. Getting tickets in Bangalore itself will eliminate this problem.

DARSHAN FOR THE AGED

I just visited tirumala during first week of this month and noticed a few things in the temple. There is a provision made by your good office for the aged and physically challenged people to go for the lord`s darshan from the MAHADWARAM but once we are inside the temple near BALIPEETAM, everyone is huddled in a big group and made to join the queue just next to the bali peetam which results in squeezing and much discomfort. We can surely bear this but aged people will not be able to bear it. Repeated requests for the temple staff present there to allow alteast the aged people straight through the GARUDAGAMBAM will not be entertained. Therefore, I request you to kindly make arrangements for the aged people and other physically weaker sections to be allowed straight to the vendivaakili.
