Dear Sir,
Problem-1
I would like to bring to your kind notice that the TTD Bangalore
centre has only one booking counter and the system response
is very slow leading to huge pile up of the Queue due to
which many of the devotees stand in the queue for hours
together and some even have to go back without booking the
tickets after the closure time.
I had written to you about the same a few months back but
still no action has been initiated by your good office.
Hence, I hereby request you to kindly increase the number
of counter and upgrade the reservation system in order for
the devotees to get the E darshan tickets easily.
Recently, I had to stand in the queue for 3 hours to get
a darshan ticket. Sometimes, you can actually have Sarvadarshan
of the lord in that time.
Problem-2
At present, there is only one counter which is operational
for the whole of Bangalore city which as a very huge population
and in particular, large number of devotees. If you can
kindly consider opening of one more TTD Centre in the southern
part of the city, It would benefit a great number of devotees.
