I have been frequently visiting Thirumala and each time I find lot of improvement in cleanliness, other service areas.

I congratulate you and your team for the excellent work you are doing which was lacking before. While on this, though que maintenance in the que complex is good.

when we reach the Dwajasthmbam area all the three que lines are merged and I am sorry to say security personnel accept money from devotees and allow them to jump que.

In this area control is lacking. From this place you must post number of
volunteers till the sanctum sanctorium to control the crowd.

Unfortunately there are no volunteers here and the crowd become restless and the frenzied mob push thro without caring for the aged and inside the sanctum it is just like a fish market, shouting by the volunteers and almost physically pushing the piligrims out.

I can understand the situation under which these volunteers work. They are under great pressure. Mob control requires expertise -tact and terrible patience is required especially those controlling thecrowd .

TTD should take the help of private religious service organisations like Ramakrishna missions, ,.Sahtysai sevadal etc in this regard instead of depending upon the employees of TTD.

TTD employee also should be given professional training in crowd controlling.

I hope you will take this advise in the right spirit and try to streamline the systems.
