Dear Sir,

We had a Darsan of Lord Sri Venkateswara on 18.02.08, through Rs.50/- darsan ticket. We had entered into Q lines by 12.30 P M and were allowed into waiting halls by 1.30 PM and we had waited there for One Hour. Upto then everything is fine. Around 2.30 PM they allowed into main Q line. We are in Q upto 6.30 PM. I think it is better to take rest in waiting hall, instead of standing in Q with children. In Q line some mischieves are pushing ladies and making lot of problems. No one is monitoring what is happening in Q lines. No one is available to give complaint or to put the Q in order. The TTD has to take necessary action to monitor Q lines, and provide security whereever and whebever it is required.

Further we have lot of facilities in waiting halls to sit, to take rest, for refreshments, but we are not utilising them properly, and stranded in Q lines for Hours of time.

We request the EO, 1) to provide security throught the Q line, to protect from some of the rouges in the form of devotees 2) to minimise the standing time in Q line to one or two hours, and allowing the devotees to rest in waiting halls only till then 3) unauthorised hawkers be banned entery into waiting hall and Q Line.
