Dear Sir,

I`m a regular pilgrim and am visiting the lord of seven hills once every two months. Though TTD and your team under your able administration has been able to extend many facilities to make the darshan and stay for all the devotees fulfilling, there is one area which needs your kind attention and improvement.

Now, for the past 2 years, we are noticing that mostly MAHA LAGHU DARSHANAM is being followed in the temple. Many people, young and old, yearn to have a fullfilling darshan of the lord since many come from afar with much constraints as you are aware.

Many people even will be weak in vision which results in not having proper darshan of the lord since the distance is more from the Dwarapalaka door. Even here, the staff who are manning the queue are very rude and rough, pushing all people and treating them like cattle.

May I request you to kindly consider introducing LAGHU DARSHANAM atleast to enable many devotees like my aged mother have a fullfilling darshan of our family deity.

I wish to put forth one more suggestion but its practicality is left to your judgement. Why don`t you introduce a seperate darshan or Seva for POORNA DARSHANAM so that many devotees can avail that if the existing darshan system cannot be amended.
