Respectd sir,

This RAJU fm chennai, i had been to Tirumala last month 26.4.08.
i hv got recmendation special pass fm health dept officer.
The same i hv taken to room 115 & shown to officer.
He as taken our pass signed on the pass & told us to wait for few minutes & he left fm that room.
we where waited almost 3 hrs, not given any santiond pass.
finally the staff who is looking after him told us there is any dept pass on our name.
It is totally playing games by depat staff while taking our pass & selling the same out side black market for Rs; 600 - 750 per head.

This is big disappointment for us & we waited for another one day.

If the same happend to ur familey are u feel happy.
