At tirumala the devotees require peaceful time during their stay.
What is happening at tirumala is: After traveling from various corners of the globe, the devotees struggle to get the accommodation and spend the time in longer queues.
After obtaining the accommodation one more round of waiting in queue is mandatory for obtaining SEVA ticket.
If there is a system of ONLINE bookings (through which one can reserve seva /accommodation and able to postpone/advance, cancel and get refund)
like airlines/railways, the devotees can spend their time in peace for darshan and enjoying devotional beauty of tirumala.
This facility can be introduced in various TTD centers across the country.
Online booking has reached the life of the people.
TTD can introduce this for the benefit of crores of devotees reaching tirumala.
For the comfort of old devotees and parents having infant, wheel chairs and perambulators can be rented out.
TTD authorities are requested to give these facilities for the devotees.
