Sub :- Complaint aganist the Accomdation Facility.
Respected Sir,
I P. P. Ravate requested your office to make advance reservation by MO. 185. Its
confiramation number was A0802250099 and advance amount i paid was Rs. 100/- on
22-03-2008 when i went to take the cottoage allotment slip the computer system
was not working due to some reason after waiting there for almost 3 hours i got
the slip with DEVN No. 08032201954 COTTAGE ALLOTED was GNC 670 E. After
comfirming it from the Confiramtion counter i was told to go in that GNC lane
where i was going to get the keys for the room alloted. After reaching
there the person issuing the keys checked for the availablity for the room but
was shocked to see that there is no room of that number in that lane. so
thereafter he told me top again go to the confimation office and get the room
number changed. he suggested me, and wrote on the slip a number GNC
670 D which was vacant. i went there reuested the concerned officer to
check it an aalot me a room.
He tried on the system and directly without checking
any thing he alloted me GNC 670 D. I requested him to please register that room
on the system he replied me that he will do it afterwards. The very next
day i vacated out the room handed over the keys to the concerned
person, got
his signatures on that allotment silp went to the confirmation officer
counter
he saw something on the system which was displaying that the room number GNC 670
E was still not vacated. he told me to directly go to the Andra Bank counter
near Petrol Pump for getting refund of deposit. I went there, but the concerened
person after checking the system told me to again go to the confirmation office
for vacating the room from where the room is vacated by the system.
I
requested them to please see wheather the room GNC 670 D room is vacated or not.
but they refused me and told me to visit the CRO office. I went there too but
as there was a huge rush and i had to visit many temples up hills and Maa Padmavati
temple downstairs.
i decided to forget the deposit amount and as my return
railway reservation was on the same day i.e on 23-03-2008 so i returned back to
kolhapur without the deposit amount for accomdation and because of time wasted
in clearing the room. i was not able to get the darshanam of Maa Padmavati
as my train was at 7.15 PM. So i request you to consider my application symphatetically
and return my deposit amount on my postal address my MO. Or by DD.
