Dear sir,

My name is Malyala Jaya Prakash resident of Hyderabad. Iam a frequent visitor to Tirumala.

The fecilities are managable and are OK, but certain things have to change immediately.

1) The Q lines are very good upto the point of main entrance. From thereafter all the lines ie VIP CELLAR 50 RUPEES AND FREE lines are merged there by creating utter confusion and sudden rush towards the diety. senior citizens and children suffer a lot due to the suffocation and maddening rush. After completing the darshan again all are rushing towards theertham and hundi. Unfortunately only one hundi and only one place for theertham is made available for such a large number of piligrims.after offerings are given in hundi again all are rushing towards exit. Enty and exit are through only one gate making it very difficult to go out. Here again old people and children suffer a lot.

My suggestion :- Please allow set of people from each catagory only at a time. 100 people can pass through before another catagory of people go. Please give it a try.Please install maximum no of hundies at different places inside the temple. Please create seperate entry exit doors seperately.

2) At laddu counters:- Basic design of the laddu counters is very much rediculas to say the least. The present Q line is not compatable to the laddu issuing counters. This counter are many but hardly accomodates 6 people. The Q comples is defective and any one can climb through the railings and move ahead of others. It is happening most of the time. Please put of the compartments grill to the full height.

3) Kalyana Katta:- It is concentrated only at three places and lot of rush can be seen in these places. A person who books advance e booking of darshan at 10 o clock in the morning can not get to the temple in time due to time taken for tonsure. Please create more centers for tonsure.

4) Advance reservations:- There are different time frames for different e bookings ie to book kalyanam on line it is 90 days to book a cottate it is 30 days in advane and to book e darshan 60 days. To book a cottage at Srinivasam Tiruptati it is 20 days in advance. My request is you make it common no of days for all the bookings. so that all the bookings can be done on the same day simultanuousely.
