In Vaikuntam Queue complex,
you are opening gates of each compartment, then all the devotees are running to join the line, kindly take some measures to aviod devotees running to join the main line, which is not a good practice.

we are booking the e-seva ticket online, but the system you are adopting is exchange the e-seva ticket again to original receipt, does this really require,

in case of rail way system we can directly sit in the train by showing the e-ticket print
here also we can follow the same system, we can enter the seva line by showing the e-seva receipt print.... kindly implement this

and more over the exchange of e-seva receipts counter is near the toll gate (i.e. entering the tirumala)
is it possible to shift the counter near to vaikuntam queue complex which will be easy for the devotees to exchange and enter vaikuntam directly
