Dear EO,

Before last month I was in Tirumala for darshan of Lord Venkateshwara, it was horrible experience there, the people with little influence can get any seva tickets, accommodation, but an ordinary person cannot get accommodation even if he is in line for hours together.

You can find brokers, who organise any darshan on the spot in collaboration with TTD officials, this I can prove. At times, the rooms are vacant and the other end, they will not allot the rooms to common man without any influence.

We come to Tirumal with faith, but after seeing all this, we loose faith in the god.

During the last week of January, the TTD free busses on tirumala, were not available, to encash this the Jeep Drivers charged us exhorbitant rates for any drop from any place to any place is Rs.30 minimum and we could three busses, who stopped near HVDC GUEST HOUSE, they are not bothered to plyl, though there was heavy rush waiting to move.

Also, pls arrange sign boards all over Tirumala showing the way to temple darshan complex.
