Dear EO sir ,

I have been to tirupati from my childhood days and i like the way you control millions of people visiting everyday , i dont talk about why people are dragging in ANADA NILAYAM , but what i suggest is you should have a seperate timings for old people so that they should have any pressure and they can view god peacefully , so that no other guard try to push them as of pressure.

I have one more suggestion that the tickets of all arjita sevas should be provided online and they should be booked 3 months before in all ttd centers or online or by phone for people , but none of the sevas should be issued at tirumala , this leads to corruption and recommandation letters, which should be avoided atleast on the holy hills,

And the people who are facing troubles from corrupted people should have a hot line number or a counter to complain about the person and TTD with no exceptions should remove him/her from the job and it should be implemented strictly , and this is for the people who are facing troubles against corruption ,Dont give any money to any person , one way or the other way you are also bending in from of him , if some one asks money , just complain against them

And EO sir , i think you should have a complain counter strictly or you might even have it but no one knows about it so let the people know about the facilities and complains where they have cottage counters or where ever they can rather than going long way to some counter and complain against some person

The most important thing i want to mention through this mail is everyone is same in front of GOD even if he/she is a celebrity or a politician , when they come TTD management stop the people and allow them first and take photos in the temple EXCEPT ANANDA NILAYAM , which is highly unacceptable , why are they given speciality for their money or for their position in the market , if they dont have time to stand in the queue complex and come to darshanam then its fine let them take appointment in odd timings when the devottees will be less or wont there or at the closing timings of temple as they dont have to wait for no one but stopping devotees and allowing them for hrs and taking photos and archakas who do special poojas whats all this , i dont know whether you noticed or not even newspapers published aishwaryas and abhishek photos inside VENDI VAKILI saying and praising about new couple , its not about them but you should be stooping these type of people who try to show thier power of money/ charishma

Remaining everything i highly appreciate TTD for everything they are trying to do as its not an easy thing to maintain such huge crowd everyday
