Sir,
I VISITED TIRUMALA ON 10TH AND 11TH JULY 2008.
I would like to bring some of the problems to your notice.
I
noticed main problem in tirumala that isVijaya bank counter
and
peshkar office are situated in old building/ almost there
is no proper
ventilation..There is no big hall and proper que line.
To my surprise why these are not renovated similar to srinivasam
complex/kalyanakatta/cultural programme hall etc .
In tirumala TTD had not think for a moment while destroying
the
historic veyikallamandapam.But thinking to construct a new
building complex for all allotments viz sevas/ accomodation
etc.
(CRO/GNC/JEOs And Peshkar Karyalayam and Vijaya bank counter
etc.) near vaikuntam though there is sufficient place where
old
cottages are situated near vaikuntam.
The public are suffering till they get arjitha seva tickets
sleeping on
the road near vijaya bank counter/Vaikuntam from midnight
to 8 AM till
the opening of counter.
TTD shall also think for opening of vijaya bank counter 24hours
to issue seva tickets as temple is almost opening about 22
hours a
day and pilgrims are coming continuously to tirumala and to
avoid
sleeping pilgrims before counter.
There is no proper que line while exchanging online receipts
with
original seva/accommodation tickets and GNC is far from vaikuntam
complex/vijaya bank counter.
All offices shall be under one roof to facilitate common
piligrims.
This can be possible to TTD if they think for a moment.
