Arrangements are being made for the fourth phase of land distribution at Tarakarama Stadium in Tirupati to be launched by Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy on January 19.
Tirupati Municipal Commissioner T Sakala Reddy supervised the arrangements at the venue today. He said that separate seating arrangements for VIPs and commoners were being made in view of security problems. According to District Collector SS Rawat, the chief minister will arrive in Tiruapti around 10:30 a.m. He will go to Tirumala and worship Lord Venkateswara.At 12noon,hewill launch the fourth phase of land distribution and will also distribute assets to the beneficiaries under different schemes. Later in the day, around 3 p.m. he will leave for the State Capital. He said that in all 15,000 acres of land would be distributed.
